How much is your delivery charge?

We offer local in-home delivery and assembly for one low, flat delivery fee based on the number of items. Please ask one of our Super Agents for complete details and also inquire about our curbside drop off rates available for less. 

What is considered your Local Trade Area?

Our local trade area is Edmonton and the surrounding areas of Sherwood Park, Leduc, Beaumont, St. Albert, Spruce Grove, Devon, Nisku, Ardrossan Or any residence that is within a 40 kilometre radius of our store address which is 3519 99 Street NW, Edmonton, Alberta.

*Please note there is an additional $25 fee for deliveries to Fort Saskatchewan and Stony Plain.

How do I figure out how far I live from your store?

We use Google Maps as our preferred mapping service to calculate and determine the distance.

Please visit Google Maps and type in our address in the Starting Point field and your address in the Destination field. You will be given the distance of the route in kilometres. If you require any assistance please give us a call with your address and we will be more than happy to help you out.

How much does it cost for delivery outside the local trade area?

Please call one of our Super Agents at (780) 430-1999 and they would be happy to quote you an exact fee.

Is assembly and set up free?

Yes, there is no extra cost for assembly if required and set up of your new furniture if you choose our delivery option. If you choose to pick up then you will have to self assemble your items at home, if assembly is required.

Is the furniture delivered assembled or is it assembled at the house?

As part of our Super Delivery Service, we assemble most of the large furniture at your home. Some smaller items such as dining chairs that require assembly might be pre-assembled at our distribution centre before being delivered to your home.

Do you take away all of the packaging after assembly?

Yes! Leave everything to us. We will remove all of the packaging, clean and vacuum the area where we worked so you’ll never know we were there.

Does your delivery include removal of old furniture?

Our delivery service does not include removal of old furniture. The timing of our delivery schedule does not allow us to do this. The only exception is removal of old mattresses if you notify us at the time of purchase.

Do you take old mattresses away?

Yes but please note a $30 per piece removal fee will apply if you would like us to remove your old mattress and foundation.

For health and hygienic reasons, we also require your old mattress to be put in a plastic bag and the bag be taped closed prior to our delivery team's arrival.

If you do not have a plastic bag, Mattress Superstore has mattress bags for sale that you may purchase at the time of purchase.

Please indicate to your Super Agent at the time of sale if you would like to have your old mattress removed and they will make the appropriate notation on the delivery manifest for the drivers.

Are the delivery people going to call before they get here?

Our Super Delivery team will call you 30 minutes prior to arrival at your home.

Will you guys take the furniture upstairs for me?

Yes. Our Super Delivery Team will take items up stairs as long as there is sufficient clearance.

Do you ship to the USA?

Unfortunately, we do not ship to the USA at this time.

What is your return policy?

Can I pay my product online?

Yes, you can securely pay for you products online. Please follow the instructions at checkout.

DO you sell used funriture?

No - We only sell brand new top quality furniture.

What types of credit cards or payment methods do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Interac (Debit), Furniture Superstore Credit Card or Gift Card as well as Cash.

Do you offer financing?

Yes we offer a variety of easy pay finance plans. You can apply online on our Financing Page.

Are in store prices the same as on line?

Yes we offer the same great prices and deals in store as online.

What are your store hours?

Our hours are as follows:

What does LAF and RAF mean?

When facing a piece of furniture, specifically a sectional, you will have a right side and a left side. If you notice that the furniture states "Sectional w/LAF chaise" this will mean that the chaise will sit on the left side of the sectional. If you notice that the furniture states "Sectional w/RAF chaise then this will mean that the chaise will sit on the right side of the sectional. Please note this is based on the individual facing the piece of furniture.
