Every 1OAK Designs item that requires to be custom built and special ordered will have a 'Guaranteed Arrival Time' clearly posted. If any item doesn't arrive in our Furniture Superstore Warehouse by the guaranteed number of days posted on the product, it's yours FREE!
We will provide an email order confirmation within 72 hours of the date of sale to acknowledge and confirm the Guaranteed Arrival Time (GAT). If we cannot provide the original GAT you will have the choice to accept the new date or cancel the order for an immediate refund, hassle free.
Confirming the order and product arrival will be completed through a series of email protocols to the email address you have provided at the time of sale. Please provide an email address that you frequently access and check as Furniture Superstore is not responsible for you not receiving or checking your emails or if an email ends up in a junk folder. In case of any discrepancy or dispute, the date and time stamp of our sent email to your email address from our company servers will be deemed as correct and final. For product arrival notification, please note the GAT is to our Furniture Superstore Warehouse in Edmonton, Alberta and not to your home. Once your order has arrived then you may arrange a pick up or delivery option through the store for a day and time that is convenient for you.
In the off chance that there is a delay on your order from the GAT and for whatever reason, even if there are circumstances beyond our control which we all know can happen, you will be given the following options:
1. It's yours FREE and you wait until the complete order arrives.
2. A full refund and $500 for you to go purchase somewhere else and we will even pay up to $100 for the competitors set to be delivered.
